Slow Poker App (pc)

Hello, would just like to say im 99.9% its slow because of something my end of the line. Im wondering if anyone has anytips on to why my app is slow. When i load up a table the cards dont move smooth and every thing seems delayed. iv been playing on the browser for a while now because the app is so slow. Is there something i should do to my PC which could help speed it up? I have the latest update for the app and the latest flash player etc.

    i have a multi monitor set up, its ok if im just playing sky poker but if i got other things on the go as well like facebook i sometimes get the same thing, usally rights itself when i close the other apps down
