    i had to remove a post from this thread as it contained a link that broke our house rules. here is the rest of the post with the link removed.

    If Casino's put their foot down and played to the rules they could nip it in the bud.

    Same with online, players should complain and report players for abuse.

    It all stems from a lot of the so called pro's, better not name them eh ?.

    Could be used as an alternative to running it twice in a cash game.
    N.B. i think female players might have a slight edge in this format.
