extension to decision time

a lot of time i play here i come up against players that take every second they can on a decision then just when their time bar is at an end a red but slower time bar appears on the screen giving them extended decision time can anyone tell me how to do this

    they have been disconnected... so just pull ya internet cable out or switch ya router off or sumin...
    I often play a game where i purposely disconnect in big pots and then try and reconnect before my hand is folded.

    Harsh people. It means they have disconnected. On sky it is normally impossible to get back on the table in time to act once you have disconnected.
