    rich who would find that link as offensive? its only same as my last video really about you and sky bernie? and as for the customer care team here to help, i dont believe that for one second, maybe they help everyone else, they certainly dont help me ps: your video is ok but it would have been better if i had smashed the window or something in frustration

    Webby, i think if the customer care team had seen it they would have found it offensive. i'm more than happy to have videos directed at myself but i don't want any other members of the Sky team to get upset or take offence.
