UKOPS Blog - Larson7

Evening Skypoker!

With UKOPS coming up, I'm going to keep a blog going during the series.

Also, generally seem to bink after making a thread like this :p

Not to worried about monetary goals, as long as I play well through out and don't do anything to silly or spewy.

One goal I would like to set is to achieve 4 final tables, and hopefully winning a UKOPS event. Given the size of fields and the variance involved this is a really ambitious goal, but definitely worth shooting for. Some positive variance would help for sure!

I'll post some interesting hands along the way.

    Evening!

    Thanks all.

Lambo, will be playing all £110 MTTs and below on days when playing. Will be playing Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Monday I wont be able to play and Tuesday I'll be at the Parkhead for the Celtic V Bayern game. Then all things being equal hoping to play Wednesday through to Sunday.

I have sold a small % in the £55 and £110 MTTs just to reduce variance.

    An eventful first night.

Started super bad, must have busted about 10 MTTs by 9pm, Sky and Elsewhere lol

Managed to get a bit of a run going in the main, ultimately finishing 16th.

    Pretty sure I was 1/20! I lost a 50/50, then a 70/30 to GG.

On the positive, it was a profitable first night of UKOPS, with 1 Cash and a few bounties in other events.

Performance = 7ish/10, shooting for an 8/10 tomorrow night, made a couple of silly mistakes.

A big shout out to reeler who cashed in the Main for a £1.1K score, very nice nights work Sir!

Ended up playing just the one UKOPS Event tonight, the £11 one and it was very shortlived!

For balance versus losing the 70/30s, or indeed 80/20's.

Last UKOPS games played were Sunday, when I managed to make two final tables, both £22 games, so half way to the 4 final tables goal!

Haven't played Since Sunday so really looking forward to playing a full schedule tonight, , hopefully do some more final tablesS B)

    Thanks Ads.

Tonight, I managed to gg one of the £22 BH just before the FT, but managed to make the FT of the main and that was as far as it got! Busting 6th

Quite an interesting hand to bust.

Maybe bet, jam turn is better, x Jamming seems reasonable too. It's a rainbow flop.
