Would it be a good idea to replace the above with an £11 rebuy?
We currently have 3 of the £22 bounty hunters each day, at noon, 3pm, and 6pm. Not sure whats happening on weekends as it was played today and last Saturday at 1pm. It didn't cover the guarantee today, and was missed off the schedule last Sunday.
If the noon one was switched to a rebuy we would have two of each, every day. The 5pm rebuy is a good addition, and regularly beats the guarantee by 50%.
The £22 bounty hunter gives you a starting stack of 2,000 chips.
Whereas the rebuy can appeal to most players bankrolls as you get the same 2,000 chips for £11, or 6,000 chips for £21 if you just take the entry and the add on.
Some players do just buy in and go out when they are busted, others keep their heads down until the add on. The guarantee is never in doubt in the 5pm rebuy.
If the noon tourney disappears on the weekend, or full stop, there is nothing similar until 3pm, which is a long wait.
Its maybe worth a try, perhaps just on weekends to start with.
If there any old dodderies around I intend to try harder in todays UKOPS.

Not sure what the numbers have been like but if popular enough I don't see why you cant have a different schedule on weekends to weekdays and have say £22bh on Saturday and Sunday and nothing during the week.
The noon tourney is fine most of the time in the week except for the odd day when it is cancelled.
I think that the cancellations are mostly due to players not bothering to register early enough, rather than a lack of popularity.
However it is unpredictable on the weekend. There were 25 runners last Saturday, but only 18 yesterday, therefore missing the guarantee.
I don't think Sky should purposely prop up any tournament, and the best use of any subsidy is probably to promote a new tournament for a short time, until it can pay for itself.
What I am suggesting is that because the 5pm rebuy has become so popular, that it might be worth trying at noon or 1pm on the weekend.
The bounty hunter is not in the lobby today. So the 20 or 30 regular players that usually play it will be at a loose end, or playing elsewhere.
It seems unbelievable that the bounty hunter can pay for itself 99.9% of the time in the week, but not on the weekend.
The rebuy with a £400 guarantee would only require 18 or 19 runners. Surely this could be done on the weekend.
I am not sure whether the time it is played has contributed to its popularity, but surely there are as many people available around lunchtime on the weekend as there are at 5pm on weekdays.
The bounty hunter hasn't worked on the weekend, which is why it has been taken off.
I appreciate that it is difficult during the day on week days, due to the lack of players, but cant we do better than a £500 guarantee, during the day, on a weekend.
Is the current schedule driving players to play elsewhere on the weekend because of the lack of a good tournament?
It would be hard to argue otherwise as the tournaments and the guarantees are pretty much exactly the same?
Therefore a denial would point towards the fact that there are no more players on a weekend, than in the week.
Also when does Winter start?
