Isnt the above a re-entry tournament rather than a re-buy.

I'd call it a rebuy, not that it matters, imo.

It has "unlimited rebuys if you lose all your chips".

Reg fee is not charged on those rebuys.

    Rebuys (0)unlimited @ £100 for 10000 chips

Ok I just thought that the format of a rebuy is usually you can buy more chips at the start, and there is an add on. Whereas a reentry is usually if you lose all your chips you can reenter one or more times.
But you are right it doesnt matter.

I think the wording here is important.

A rebuy favours the higher rollers who will auto rebuy at the start & have a double stack. In a bounty hunter this gives them a huge advantage (much harder to win their bounty!) over satellite qualifiers/lower rolled players.

A re-entry when you lose all your chips is much fairer. I'd like it if more tournies on Sky were re-entries :)
