does anyone use sky bet changed there site layout

finding it hard to navigate cannot access Saturdays runners any help

    I tried to find Saturdays racing, clicked tomorrows racing it says "No meetings to display for UK & Irish Racing".

    I'm on a Laptop, & for me, its displaying Saturday's racing fine.

    Yeah....it is a bit pants. Someone in a back room devises these new layouts, gets paid a fortune, and probably doesn't even use the site! No customer consults. I have to open two pages now to navigate round the information. All the sporting life info is at the bottom of the page and not easily readable when studying the selections. Go figure! Rant over!

    I have also noticed they are now charging £2 min to watch a race live (up from £1). Lovely jubbly.

    Anyway.....if you click onto horse racing, you should see two drop down boxes over to the right. One saying 'today', and other 'tomorrow'. If you can not see these, I am afraid you will have to contact customer services and pray. ;) However, I have just clicked onto tomorrow and got this....

    No meetings to display for UK & Irish Racing
    No meetings to display for International Racing

    Changed a few other things, you now have to click on every horse to find out when it last ran, and you dont seem to be able to hide your balance (which is handy if the wifes leaning over my shoulder).

    Hang on....

    If you click into today's races......they appear after the last race. Dont ask.
    ie... click on ascot races (today)....see all todays times at top....go to 3.50, then SAT 2.05 should be there. I can only see the 2.05, 2.40 & 3.15 though.

    When you place a bet you dont seem to able to check your bets before placing them.

    Weird, I clicked through a promotional email and it took me to the new layout.
    I just opened it by typing the url and I get the old layout.

    From a casual bettor's point of view, the new layout is awful.
    It looks like we have gone back 20 years.
    I struggled to find the games I wanted easily.

    :s I've just had my first experience of the new SKYBET site layout........ YUK! :s

    It's awful, with 2 wide columns either side of the main bit you want to see. Hopefully this will just be a temporary measure or it will be back to betting with Bet365........ who are far cheaper to watch races with anyway.

    EDIT: Now I can't Log Out of the SKYBET site!!!!!!! I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but there's no way I'm leaving my money in account 'til it's sorted

    Looks as though the new layout is the same as the mobile one (which is fine for a mobile phone) but imo is not anywhere near as good as the layout we had previously. I hope skybet revert back to the original layout
