I daresay it will be announced quite soon, & satellites will go in the lobby straight away.
Can't promise that "insta-reg" will be available to all events as soon as it is announced, as that causes the Business some, shall we say, cost & complications.
All that assumes, of course, that there will be a UKOPS at Xmas.
I can't pre-empt any announcements, of course, but if I were a betting man.....
