Day 2 kicked off at 5pm with a nice little Bounty Hunter, which eased past the Guarantee with some 10% to spare.UKOPS 09 £2,000 Bounty Hunter 5:00pm £11 £2,000 3,000
@kapowblamz who won the Day 1 opener, was 14th this time, with @Tspark , who was 6th in the same event, 13th this time.
In 9th was @ynwa197525 5, presumably a Liverpool supporter celebrating the signing of a defender from feeder-club Southampton for £75 milly. That's a ridic sum of money, but given Liverpool's porous defence, probably cost-effective. Not a bad career path for a lad who was at a small club like Celtic just a few years back.
In 6th was @HOTLAP , with @The_eggs , who I seem to recall bagged a nice Xmas Cracker Advent Calendar prize, in 5th.
4th was @kev1982 with @joeshaw 3rd.
Runner-up @_WuFy_ seems to be new to Sky Poker, first MTT only last month, so that's a good start. Wonder what that alias represents?
Winner @JJBinks had a remarkable hour or two. He (?) entered the 5pm UKOPS & won that (1st of 224), but he also entered a little Rebuy BH with the same 5pm start time & came 2nd of 26 for a few bob. Nice work, JJ.

I suppose if anything is going to struggle on Sky Poker, it'll be a Deepstack, & this one missed Guarantee by a couple of hundo.Sticky Solly, aka @SoLack bubbled, with @Sharki0 the first to cash.
History was made when @Bromley023 - that's the Girlie Bromley, not the Bloke Bromley - cashed in the UKOPS opener for the 2nd day running, she also cashed in the Day 1 Mini. Is Sean Dyche playing her Account?
A very familiar looking final table, with @lyonsbob06 first to depart, followed by the versatile @bbMike . Serial UKOPS casher @kapowblamz , who won this event on Day 1, was 4th this time.
3rd was @GOLD3NBOY1 with @beefy777 in 2nd. Wonder if beefy is THE beefy?
The winner was @slabers. That name may not be a familiar name to many of us, but it was his 2nd UKOPS win, the first being all the way back in 2013. And who did he beat into 2nd place that day in 2013?
Yup, the then Sky Poker Site Pro, Julian Thew. Jules has returned to "normal" work now, & is very happy. He won a fortune in his pro poker career, including, famously, an EPT. Never wasted a penny of the money, invested it all in his house, which sits on the shadow of Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham.

You can generally be sure a £22 Bounty Hunter will cover Guarantee with some ease, & this exceeded expectations, covering by over 35%. Yay.
@lyonsbob06 bubbled this one, there was a mini-cash for @splashies . & Sky Poker's least attractive looking player, @ctbn , aka the Rhino, was 14th. Here's the Xmas Card ctbn sent me.
Final Table bubble went to @bromley04 - that's the Bromley who can play, not Natterley.
6th was @mildsteal0 , 5th @jobes1 , @WOODY43 was 4th & @cash66778 3rd.
Runner-up was @lpool67 , who is something of a difficult to-play loosey goosey, well done him.
Last man standing was @alan25 , securing his maiden UKOPS victory &, I think, biggest ever cash on Sky Poker in the 4 years he has been here. Well done Alan.
UKOPS 12 £1,500 PLO 7:30pm £22 £1,500 10 4,000
This exactly equalled the Guarantee, but ended up costing Sky Poker a good few bob, as it was the PLO that inexplicably became NLO. Oh dear. I'd not mind if NLO was even a half sensible game, but Omaha was designed to be PL & to my mind,. No Limit Omaha should be made illegal, a thoroughly horrible format which takes away the joy of The Beautiful Game.@DTaylor01, who we mentioned yesterday, was 7th. Wonder if he celebrated in true Dennis Taylor style?
6th was @Loopy50 , with @1nitro1 1 exploding in 5th. The wonderfully named @potheadyo was 4th, with @ALBA8 3rd. If ALBA8 rings a bell, it's because he won the 7pm deepie affair on Day 1 & promptly followed that with 6th in the High Roller. Runner-up was @UrSoSweet7.
The top spot went to the most impressive @jordz16 , who is having a good UKOPS, having won the Day 1 UKOPS Mini & run 6th in the Day 1 Turbo BH.
Jordz is not just a great player, he's a top bloke too, so his win will be well received by everyone. Except those he busted along the way

Surprisingly, this - the Main Event - missed Guarantee by a tad, but only a surface wound.Good to see @Direwolf in the money, Guy's a good guy, & has been with Sky Poker since Day 1, & includes a trip to Las Vegas with Viva Las Vegas on his resume. Nobody enjoyed Vegas more than he did, great memories.
Another one enjoying a good UKOPS was 19th placed @Hoff92 , with hotpot @RyanC7 in 10th.
6th went to @ant30 , with @boulton016 5th, @DSgooner r 4th, & @Kawaii420 3rd.
Was delighted to see @aussie09 secure nearly £2,000 in 2nd. Aussie - aka Rob - has done remarkable work for the Community here for many years, with help to all the boys who run charity initiatives, as well as the immense body of work that is PokerSuperHero. As you may know, Rob's PokerSuperHero work on the Forum will end in a few days. Not everyone loves Rob, & there have been a few spats along the road, but nobody can argue he has done a great job here so from me he gets a big "Thank You", & I am sure most of you agree.
Winner was KRISPIN, another player who has been with Sky Poker since it began, over 10 years ago. His biggest win was 6 years ago, & this was his 2nd UKOPS win, having also won a UKOPS Mini in Easter of last year. Nice one KRISPIN.
UKOPS 14 £4,000 Mini Bounty Hunter 8:30pm £11 £4,000 3,000
Once again the Mini trashed it's Guarantee, coming in exactly 25% above target.@MAXALLY trundled into 21st, @TheMadMonk 17th, & horse racing fanatic @wynne1938 38 16th.
My good mate @LmfaoAllin n was a good 14th, @conorshay1 an excellent 13th, and @Essexphil a terrible & very lucky 9th. Here's a pensive Phil. Yup, he was younger then, Much younger.
First final table bustee was @Toffeeandy , just before @Haz12353 3 & @darryl1976 .
@splashies , fast approaching his 20,000th MTT on Sky Poker was 3rd, with the immensely personable & articulate @Duesenberg rg securing his biggest MTT cash here in 2nd spot.
I confess to having no knowledge of the winner, @greecyun, except this was his first UKOPs victory, biggest Sky Poker win, & certainly made his Sharky Graph look rather nice. Well done greecy bloke.

This one fell shy by 10 runners, but not big deal really.
There were further UKOPS XXI cashes for @splashies (24th), day 1 winners @ALBA8 (14th) & @loopyloo43 , (13th), & @MAXALLY (9th), with @Curt360x27 in 8th.
6th was @diaper10 - wonder why he chose that alias? - with hotpot @loololollo 5th and @gameboy y 4th. "Gameboy", now there's a memory - anyone remember them?
3rd went to @The_Chris , with @FuzzyDare runner-up.
The winner, @bigg431 , was completing a rare UKOPS 1-2-3, as he had a 2nd & a 3rd in 2014, & now, 3 years later, completed a hat trick of UKOPS podiums, & this time he was on the coveted top step. Big up to bigg.
UKOPS 16 £4,000 Turbo Bounty Hunter 10:00pm £55 £4,000 5,000
Day 2 ended, as usual, with the £55 Turbo BH, which eased over the Guarantee comfortably.
8th was @loololollo o, with @EASYFIX , who has been such a long-term & loyal Sky Poker supporter, in 7th.
High Roller ledge & all round luckbox @MattBates was 6th, @SCessex 5th, there was yet another UKOPS XXI cash for @PBKR who was 4th this time, @Mole55 was 3rd & @johnny_e runner-up.
@MikeyW94 was completing a hat trick of UKOPS victories over a 2 year period, pretty impressive stuff, well done Mikey.
So that completed Day 2 of an eventful UKOPS XXI.
