Still worried as above comment so checked again and confirm i am £(11.22) down and tables above and below now amended to right totals. Please amend Google sheet which I dont think took my £1 loss for today.

    Thx for this V. If you look at the active sheets, all the info is still there and visible for Misty (In the un-sorted tables in the middle). So he is still in, but just not displayed on these tables.

    If he exceeds the 70% he will then appear again in these tables too.

    It slows down the automation a bit and adds manual steps, but it's the only way to facilitate it properly. (It would be good if he could maintain over 70% as it's much easier for the automation), but I understand that it is difficult for him to participate regularly.

    Cheers V, you are correct, was a data entry error on my part.

    In my rush to get it done, I didn't put your £1 loss in for Sunday.

    Fortunately the automation looks to be OK, but it doesn't cater for the user error's that occur, when I try and do the results. :=)

    I have amended all tables now, so should be OK
