No, not the upcoming one but the one last year. I was awarded a spot prize after SkySam had the audacity to have AA Vs my beautiful looking QQ. Any ways, I'm a busy man and forgot about it and just recently found it at the bottom of my bag from that weekend. So, is it still valid and can I play the main event tomorrow? It's a £33 spot prize BTW.
Yours hoping his inherent laisse faire attitude hasn't cost him again,

Leave it with me, I'll try and sort it in the morning.
I'll let you know on this thread.
I have now requested this.
Will confirm, whatever the answer, later.
P.S. Can't remember if you're back on the sticky buns/lattes but whatever you're on,it's on me next time we catch up.
Am currently off the Sticky Buns I'm afraid. I'll be back on them just as soon as I have lost......2 stone. Don't wait up.
Carbs in the morning like oats / porridge - Lean protein like turkey or chicken for dinner with veg - Protein and veg for tea
Snacks like nuts and beef jerky!
great for weight and the cardio vascular health!
I walk twice daily, but HIIT is beyond me right now.
Ryvita, low fat Philly & sliced toms for lunch, 2 chicken breasts for dinner & a few grapes. That's it, every day.
My current total daily calorie intake is between 800 & 900, plus the Latte, which is probably a couple of hundo.
Bear in mind older people don't need so many cals per day, as some parts of them don't work any more. Or so I'm told.
Good start by the fat club though. Hopefully I won't let the side down later.
Hiit is not beyond anyone either - hiit is whatever high intensity is to you (getting the heart rate elevated) - Fast walk for 30 seconds by complete rest or slow walk for 1 minute is perfectly acceptable and very good for the heart also.
Knicked from a reliable source....
Whereas endurance cardio can damage your heart, HIIT has been shown to safely promote heart health, which makes sense when you consider that this form of exercise effectively mimics our ancestral ways of life. ... Most remarkably, they showed "significant improvements" in both heart and blood vessel functioning
It can even reverse some risk factors for cardiovascular disease by helping with weight loss and lowering blood pressure.
So when I walk, I walk as hard & fast as I can, such that when I get back home I'm puffing & blowing something shocking. And that's a good thing. (Apparently).
The logic as explained to me is that we should view the heart as a muscle, & muscles need work to make them perform more efficiently. "Resting" a muscle is never going to make it a better muscle.
You really should come across to Fat Club - there's a whole bunch of us there puffing & blowing as we try to lose weight & get more healthy - I think your input would be valuable.
Thanks for your advice, appreciated.
