publishing and printing is the easy part, besides smy unerstanding is that amazon print the books once they have been ordered, not before.....im sure thats how they do it, any one can write a book and self publish it on amazon, once the words are written, its just filed into a template and sent to print once someone orders.
and its only 44 pages, thats a pamphlet not a book haha
