Is there a refund policy for the software not working

Was playing last night and some time between 00:30 and 1:30 and tables froze and I was sat out then tried firing up the client again and when the got the tables back up it was just white squares where the tables should be. Managed to get it going on google chrome but by that time I was blinded out on most tables as I was playing TDYMs and the games that weren't finished I was severely handicapped. So is there some sort of refund policy for this type of thing or do I just need to take the hit. cheers

    I assume you're in Priority with your volume. Best bet is probs to e-mail Priority Customer Care. Alternatively, go on live chat, tell them you're in Priority and they should put you through.

    Yeah in priority will try that tomorrow at some point thanks for the advice
