GL all going for the Saturday seat now. :=)

Remember you can carry biggest stack forward, so worth going for whether you already have a Friday seat or not.

I'll be giving it a go.

    See you at the tables.

    GL!

The semi didn't even run tonight... Literally everyone took the money and unreg'd.

    That's unforch.

At least that's better than when 2 or 3 players Reg early for a satellite & agree to "flip", which is anti-social in the extreme.

How does it work if you qualify & it does not run - do you get entered into tonight instead, oir do you get a refund? I should know that, of course. But I don't.

This seems strange as normally the last quarter doesn't finish until the semi has started. For example, Thursday Finished at 21:53.

Also reg for the semi opens at 9.15 which stops players from earlier quarters playing for the £48 cash.

For the sat to run you tend to need some direct buy ins and then the main quarter finishes after the £48 sat has started and you get more runners. Rather than players taking the £48 cash I think it is more likely that not enough players had sat in/bought in to make the semi start.

Refunds have to manually be done by sky the next day.

Thanks for the earlier explanation Matthew.

Manual Refunds - yes, I remember now. Not sure whether it gets done on Saturdays & Sundays though, it MAY have to wait until Monday. If so, hope that is OK @Implicityy

    Hi bud.

Pretty sure if you speak to Customer Care, they will sort it for you.

I could try & sort it, but I fancy that might get messy.

Customer care are normally good but not sure if they will be in this instance, think its a @SkyJames or @Sky_SamT one to resolve.

A multi million pound business that wont fix this is rather embarrassing. Support will pass to poker team. Last time it happened to me it took over 2 weeks to get money back. Support passed to poker team. I get a call to say they will make an exception and refund my own money. How very generous. When i asked as to when there will be a fix and i want a response, i was informed i cant have my money as case has to remain open if i want an answer to that. I play along. Laid up in bed with a mix of australian/chinese/french flu i was fairly entertained by various email exchanges. I may have a difference of opinion on what constitutes for customer care. Finally, i get a response from a sensible lass who advises plans in place for this feature to be added.

Always make sure funds returned to account.
