having won a seat into next mths spt in manchester, i find myself in a quandary. due to ill health i have only left the house on 3 occasions in the last 4 yrs , can i pass the seat onto someone else ?

As far as I'm aware the answer is no, seats are non transferable.

But I'm sure @Tikay10 will give you the full sp.
