With new software on the way is running it twice in cash games an option?
Having reviewed the weekends play my six biggest losses in a single pot were all-ins with a minimum of 80% equity for a total of approximately 1200bb's. I know these are situations that we want to get into in poker but when I'm running bad it makes me wish we could run it twice. Obviously it would have to be a pre selected option that both players agree to.
What are others thoughts on this?
I'm guessing it would have the effect of loosening up the game with draws being played more aggressively. Would it be a good thing for winning players or recreationals? I assume being able to increase volume would have the same affect of reducing variance but this isn't an option for everyone. Variance is tilt inducing and dealing with it better than others would be an argument for running it once.
