Unable To Check Points Properly In My Account Page

It's been like this for around 24-36 hours now. It'll show the monthly total fine but if I want to check specific dates I get 'INFO_NOT_AVAIL' message. It's the same in both browser and download client and I have also tried it on a second device too.

Thought I'd flag this up in here. I assume it's not just me?

    Sorry about this chaps.

    Not much I can do today, it'll have to wait until Monday I think.

    I could rustle up the Suits at home, but I'm not sure I want to do that on this particular occasion, unless someone gets extremely cross. I'm not a fan of cross.

    Morning all.

    Just wanted to let you know this has not been forgotten, & I'm aware - & more importantly, the Suits are aware - that the problem persists.

    It's been passed to the Tech Team to investigate.

    Soon as I hear anything, I'll update you on this thread.

    Hi, this still appears to be broke, the hand history bit is very broke too, it must be related to the same problem.

    Hi is this still being looked into? just the problem prevents you from viewing how much you have bought in on different tables for and how much you've left with. Also pretty annoying that it's still not working when theres a points race for priority. Thanks

    Update as at 20th February

    The Tech Team have been trying to resolve this problem, but so far, it is still not sorted.

    Work will continue to investigate the root cause & resolve it.

    Not one in which I can give you any good news I'm afraid, no.

    I mentioned it again to the Office on Tuesday, & they confirmed they were still working on the solution, which, clearly, is proving quite troublesome to fix.

    I can only assure you that they are fully aware, & are working on it.

    I'll speak to the office again first thing tomorrow, & let you know what they say.

    Apologies for the delay, I'm sure it's very frustrating.

    This has been escalated again, but as of yet, I've not heard back.
