unable to get hand info in my account

I'm unable to look at the hand history of each individual poker table on my account. I'm being told their's a problem - ACCT_POK_HISTORY

Yeah. Not working for me or a couple of others I have spoken too. Cannot check poker points pre-Feb either, or check how much I was in for on tables.

The problem was reported on another thread earlier today, & I've passed that thread up to the office.
