Problem installing software

I download the software, install it but get this error


I chatted to live support and they tell me it's my problem and nothing to do.

Any ideas?

Hi @Dakky,

1) Is the date and time on your PC correct?
2) have you recently previously uninstalled sky poker ?

2) Probably. I thought that I had it on here but I don't remember uninstalling it.

If you didnt uninstall it properly, you could get this error.
