Problem with Live Chat

I've been trying to get through to Live Chat on and off for the last 2 days, but when I fill in the form and try to submit it by pressing the 'CHAT NOW' button, nothing seems to happen.

Is there a problem with Live Chat or do I have to just wait?

I've waited for up to 10 minutes for something to happen, (in the past at least you used to get a chat box and awaiting available Agent message come up), but nothing does now.

In the end I sent an e-mail yesterday, but i still haven't heard anything back from that either.

I've always found the Customer Care very good on here, but something seems to have gone wrong recently, and it seems to be since the Help & Support page has been altered once again.

Please help.

    Has your hat fell off yet? ......... and stop upsetting SidV :'(:s:D

    I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem, and put it on POKER CHAT so that hopefully someone at SKY Towers would be able to deal with it, particularly if other people had the same issue.

    Hi Misty,

    I'm not aware of anyone else reporting this problem.

    There were unrelated problems on Tuesday with the Mobile Site, lots of chuntering, but I know for sure that those who contacted Customer Care about it got through without any problems, the CC Chat Logs prove that.

    I've never contacted Customer Care here or on any other site in my life, so I really don't have any experience of it myself, sorry.
