Query with PLO8 Bounty Hunters

Playing in the £5 PLO bounty hunter tonight i came across an issue that had not arisen for me before.
Below is the hand history with the names blacked out to protect the innocent.
The pot was won and dueley split as i had nut low and he won with 777 all fair in love and plo8 however 2 bounties were taken and both given to player J.
Whats the ruling on this is it because he won the high hand or has this situation not been looked at before.
