Finding a Hand History

The sky "hand history" search under "quick search options" isn't working for me, it keeps saying "timed out" every time a search is carried out.

Would someone from Sky please be able to tell me the hand ID of my final hand from Friday nights Main Event, it was at approximately 12:10.

I've tried searching in the browser and also the down load client neither seems to work.

I think hand histories are being affected by the same bug which is currently preventing us from checking our points over specific date ranges - it's been a problem for best part of a month now.

P.S. Can you please stop owning me at the cash tables?!

Thanks James,

I expected i'd be able to put the hh id in to retrieve the hand details, again it is saying timed out, I want to have a look at the hand, is it possible for you to send me over the hand history either via sky pm or my registered email address.
