TP Q kicker conidient I'm ahead but then in an all or nothing spot

When fordyce this flop I know right away that his hand is gonna be weak.
Tommy_D decison to ch/R on this flop put me in a difficult spot, on the on hand he could be holding something strong and attempting to extra value from my weaker hands but he could also be ch/R something weak in attempt to push me off a weaker A.
I'm thinking on the flop tommy_D calling range will consist of mostly sets suited A or draws or suited A.

I know for sure fordynce is likely to fold if I bet the flop. Knowing tommy_D he is likely to Ch/R his flush draws especially if they combo draws.

Is betting the flop correct move or should I be more deceptive?
