    I've had my cash payment of just over £40.

    The last couple of weeks, they've paid out cash instead of a £2.30 token because of tech issues. If they've paid cash instead of the token again this week, and if you're not someone who meticulously keeps track of their account balance (most people won't be), it's possible it could've been paid in without you noticing.

    If you haven't already, I would check that first by going to "My account" then click "Advanced Account History Search" then hit the search button. It'll show in there if you've been given cash instead.

    Mine shows as:
    "Manual Adjustment
    P.P.O Sky Poker Rewards_05_03_18 £40.22"

    It'll be the same but £2.30 if you've been given cash instead of a token. I'm sure @Tikay10 or @Sky_James will confirm situation sooner rather than later though.

    Hi Guys,

    Very surprised by this, as I heard the payments were processed earlier than normal today. I was due cash (NOT a token) but I received it early afternoon.

    Can you take a look in your "My Account" & see if there has been a Manual Cash Transfer of £2.30 please? I hope that's not the case, but it's possible.

    Thanks Snuffer.

    That's a bit odd, as I thought they were being paid earlier this afternoon. The cash payments have been paid as far as I can tell, & the 2 are usually done at the same time.

    As you noted earlier, Sky Poker acyually have until close of business Tuesday (tomorrow) to credit these tokens, but payment is almost always on the Monday.

    I've sent a note upstairs, & if I get a reply, I'll update everyone on this thread.

    UPDATE @ 21.20

    It's now looking probable that the £2.30 Token will be paid as cash this week due to a bit of a problem.

    It's not yet clear if the £2.30 cash will be paid tonight, or tomorrow though, more likely the latter.

    Soon as I hear further, I'll update this thread.

    UPDATE @ 2145

    The £2.30 Token will NOT be paid, instead, those who were due a £2.30 Token have now all been paid cash in lieu.

    If you go to "My Account" you should see it as a Manual Transfer for £2.30.

    This happened a couple of times with me, seems to be a regular occurrence including this week I got 111 points between 1st and 3rd and got nothing.

    If you earned 111 points, you should have been paid a token, or the equivalent in cash, & it's hard to see how you could fail to be paid as a "regular occurrence". If other players were "regularly" not being paid, there'd be an almighty hoohah on the Forum & via CC.

    Have you looked in "My Account"? There should be a £2.30 Manual Transfer there.

    The number of players who receive a token or cash every week via Sky Poker Rewards is a 5 digit number, & whilst Sky Poker suffer their share of glitches, I'm pretty confident that everyone who is entitled to an SPR payment of some kind receives it.

    Have another look please, & if it's not there, get back to me.

    IF it helps, I used to get the tab which gave me the option to spend the token- now I've only just noticed that my money automatically adjust up by a manual transfer so if you're not scrutinising your account, it leave you to ' think' ... " Hey Sky, where's my £2.30?"

    Something I thought about doing but CBA...( in my house, that's Cant Be A rsed)
