Tables taking a while to load...

Hi All,

Having problems as tables taking a while to load so much so that the countdown to a Sit and Go has finish and the game has started before it has loaded properly!

Anyone having this issue or is this a issue with my computer/internet?

I have this problem when playing on chrome opens ok when playing on download.

I have seen this problem several times in the past, with multiple sit outs in the first few hands or even an entire level of a SNG. I've had it affect me once or twice, but nowhere near as severely as other players - Occasionally DYMs pop up with 4 minutes left in the first level for instance, and I've missed 2-3 hands at 10/20 that I would've probs folded anyway.

It usually happens to a decent % of players at once, gets fixed then pops up a few months later, for whatever reason.

lol ok thanks, good to know its not just me...

is there any fix like reinstalling software or just have to put up with it?

Iv had problems tonight on chrome. My table i have loaded show on my screen with me sat with balance, when when i look at "my tables" im not actually sat there and my table balance is back in my roll. Bit annoying lol. Not sure if there something related with yout "lag"

To clarify, I meant that it's affected me in the past but not this time to my knowledge (as I haven't played any SNGs or MTTs today). Realised reading back that I didn't make that clear at all, apologies.

Hopefully there'll be more posts from others one way or the other that will clarify whether it's a Sky issue or something your end. In the meantime, could maybe 'rail' the first couple of minutes of some DYMs and see if there's an abnormally high amount of sit outs?

I am unaware of fixes (besides everyone posting about it then Sky fixing it shortly after), although as the problem you describe has happened in the past, it's probably worth using the forum search to dig up any old threads and see if there's anything.

A couple of my friends on here have had this problem with their table not opening until the first 2 or 3 hands have been played, (I think they play through the browser)
I haven't had this problem myself with the initial hands (I play thru' Chrome), but i sometimes have a problem when I'm swapped to another table and 'Duplicate Connection' comes up, and I either miss the hand or I can't see my cards.
But it's only ever 1 hand, and until I miss AAces, I won't complain

I had this problem tonight in a DYM using chrome by the time the table loaded I was folded and the hand was on the turn.Is the solution just to play on the download version? Is this problem only on chrome or other browsers too? Cheers
