getting maximum value against regs as caller postflop

When sharing a table with other regs, bluffs seem to be winning me more money than coolers win. this is especially true when I was the one who called preflop.

Reg players will always consider what hands I could have when doing a raise therefore I need to get the raise size right to prevent causing too many decent hands to fold. Ch/R on this flop he'll know I've got something so I need to make it a good size if I'm gonna avoid making him fold his strong but beaten hands like sets and Adx.

Another issue I get in these spots is trying to make it done in a way which can enable me to play bluffs in a similar way so that I can have both stengths and bluffs played in a similar way.
