hand history error time out

I can get all my hand history up no problem using the quick search option but when I want to search for all the hand history from a certain time and date I get the error time out message.

    Me too Craig. Was gonna post a thread about it myself. This needs fixing. There are hand histories I need to look over but can't because of defective software.

    UPDATE

    This has been replicated in the test environment, & has now been passed to the Tech Team to investigate & resolve.

    Please be patient, it may not be an overnight fix.

    Hi Guys,

    Just so you know, this has not been forgotten. The process is quite complicated, but it's been escalated this morning, so fingers crossed there may be some news soon.

    I'll let you know when I hear any more.

    Not been resolved yet, no, but it is constantly being chased by the poker guys.
