How are the 50 packages for Vegas able to be won please?

Can I ask how the 50 seats to Vegas can be won please?
I can see there are 15 seats (5 seats per each final) available via the monthly finals on 1st April, 29th April and 27th May.
Then I can see there are 4 seats available for the Priority Members league points races this month - I assume the same for April and May so this would be 12 seats in total? (so 12 in total for Priority?)
And 4 seats available each month up for grabs via the Prize Draw - again I assume it also be 4 seats for April and May? (so again 12 in total via prize draws?).
So if those assumptions are right that would total 39. Are we allowed to know how the other 11 seats are able to be obtained please? - or does this fall under the Official Secrets Act?

I would imagine other qualification avenues may be announced soon.
