Ante post query

I did an ante post bet weeks ago, before it was non runner no bet. It includes Altior who is now doubtful after being lame this morning. So was wondering what happens as far as my bet is concerned if it doesn't run? Do I lose my money? Is just that race void? Not sure how it works as I have not bet ante post before.
