Great idea G I was going to suggest that for people who advise you they are on holiday it is average rather than lowest after the first time each month. Agreed?

I think we said 5 "extra" yearly ones, if advised, on top of the one a month.

I KNOW WE SAID 5 BUT WORRIED NOW THAT 5 MIGHT NOT BE ENOUGH, ESPECIALLY IF WE HAVE A RUN OF GOING FOR IT WHEN SOMEONE ON HOLIDAY.

Yes, I agree, and I think we just need to allow for discretion in those circumstances.

Typically someone can be away for a week and only miss one or two, one of them being the standard monthly one anyway.

I think keeping it as 5, but allowing some discretion based on individual circumstances will be fine.

I think NAPS at 70% needs to be fairly "rigid" though as there is already a 30% contingency built in.
