Question regarding tracking results

Hi
Apologies if this has already been asked before. I understand we can't use any software to track our results and that it's against the TOS. But how do others track their cash game results?
Ideally I would like a spreadsheet where I can import my hands to review but also see how many hands I've played and my current win rate.
Looking at the current HH on the app it doesn't seem to allow the exporting of these?
Maybe I'm missing something, but what do you guys do? And does anyone have any spreadsheet links they'd like to share?
