Can bots talk??

I listened to part of a radio show which was disscusing another site and the use of bots on there.
It named 1 player as a bot and said theyd been playing 42 tables for 8 hours str8 w/o a break
So i just sat on this guys/bots table and said hello. He said hi back. Does this mean he,s not a bot?

A. They reply with "Hi" if somebody says hello.
B. They say "Hasta la Vista, baby" everytime they bust someone.
C. They say "I'll be back" during every 5 minute break.
If you are ever asked for your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle then I strongly suggest reporting the matter to customer care.
