Any Update on Hand History Time Out Problem?

It's still not possible to look at hands from over 1 week ago using advanced filters. It just always times out. There are hands from January on-wards I need access to before it gets too late to go back that far. Any updates on whether this is even being looked into?

Hi Groggs,

No Update as such, though please rest assured that if chasing the techies helped, everything possible has been done - repeatedly - by all the Poker Team.

I've lost count of how many times e-Mails have been sent by all the Team, and how frustrated everyone is that it's not been resolved yet.

I'll send them a note this morning & see if I can get the latest position. They must be getting fed up with me asking about this, but it's as bad for them - worse really - as they want it sorted as much as anyone.
