Vegas £19.80 direct sats

Seems to be an issue with how these are set up, reg is open but not showing on main tab or Vegas tab unless you have reg only unticked. Last couple I’ve bought into haven’t run as need 7 to start. 6:25 has 2 and only one more at 19:25. Probably to late to do anything so just for feedback really.

    Should these be in the lobby anyway? Think they should only be on when final Vegas sat is on

    Q1 - No.

    Q2 - correct, they were not intended to run tonight.

    When they do go in on the final week each month as you cant sat into them can reg be open from the start. I don't think any ran last week.

    @Tikay10 this is happening again for these. Reg opens 25 mins before the start of tournament ie one just opened at 5pm, but they are not showing in lobby unless you UNTICK reg only. Which means a lot of people will not see them at all. They need 7 min runners to get started, there are four on tonight and if they all do this they will probably all be cancelled.

    After I posted the first satellite WAS showing but didn’t get the runners. The second one at 6:25 was not showing and also cancelled. I have a feeling the same will happen to the next two. Definitely a problem with the way they are set up.

    Why is there only 25minutes between the reg being open and the tournament starting, they are not getting the opportunity to get 7 runners so it can start.

    Thanks for sending it upstairs, hopefully it will get sorted out for next month.

    I've extended the reg time on these. There's obviously no good reason why they were open only 30 mins before hand! Cheers
