These guys are both from King's Lynn and constantly chip dumping to each other and spoiling the game. Have emailed CC but posting it on here as it's out of order. Not sure how to delete names and personally I don't think I should. They have done it 3 times with this one being the most blatant.

I honestly have no idea what action - if any - was taken.
I report these matters direct to the Staffy who can look at the Chat Logs (all chat logs are held on record), & has the power to ban - or not - as the case may be.
Once I do that, that's as far as my remit allows me to go, basically it's NOMB how they resolve it & on what grounds. They don't usually inform me either, as that gets very close to breaching the GDPR line.
