This afternoon we get to see this double header;

2.15pm - West Ham v Man City

4.30pm - Man Utd v Arsenal

Anyone care to predict the scorelines from BOTH games?

    Approx prices for the West Ham v Man City game are;

    West Ham 9/1

    Draw 5/1

    Man City 3/10

    Isn't that something - West ham are at HOME, & are 9/1.

    Man United 2/5

    Draw 19/5

    Arsenal 13/2

    I think - I hope - the Old Trafford crowd will give Arsene a great send-off.

    I fear for his team though, it could get real messy.

    What you guys betting on those 2 games?

    Singles, or a double?

    Are either of the jollies opposable?

    I want Wenger to come out Keegan-esque and say I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE TO BEAT THEM.

    Betting on Arsenal just for the fun and massive hope that Wenger, the failure, can kill the special one in his last breath.

    This will be a fantastic game to watch.

    Arsenal fans would 8-2 see that.

    Oh very good Andy, very good indeed.

    A dreadful memory for me was the 6-1 thrashing Alex Ferguson & Co doled out to Arsenal in 2001. At the time, I used to do the Spreads on IG Index, & I was on Arsenal Goal Supremacy at way-too-much per goal. I could have closed out for a painful loss of course, but I kept thinking - no, hang in there, I can still get out of this.

    Ugh. Might just have been the last time I did the Spreads.

    Used to buy & sell shirt numbers, too. Then players started turning up wearing the 99 shirt, so that got messy, too.

    Ouch :\ Yeah, not a fun spot to be on Supremacy there.

    Funnily enough, I was writing a post about whether it would be worth buying shirt numbers if Arsenal are going to play a bunch of kids today (With Aubameyang as he's ineligible for Europa League), given it would increase the chances of both more Man Utd goals and a high shirt number player scoring the more that Arsenal weaken their team. Over/Under lines and prices seem to suggest 3 goals expected, and saw one of the sites you can buy 40. Seems okay with Welbeck, Rashford and Aubameyang on the pitch.

    Decided against hitting the "Post comment" button though as I'm reluctant to suggest anything when I'm not putting money on myself, especially with spread betting.

    Always good to hear as many opinions as possible on theses threads though, even if they are prefixed with "no bet".

    Realistically I think there's still value in United at 1.43. Will be interested to see the team sheets.

    West Ham price is coming in last hour 12>10.5.

    Joe Hart is out so could be less goals but still going for >5.5 at 8.2.

    No bet for me. If pushed I would probably lay both the favs currently at 1.36 and 1.45.

    There will be plenty of fight in West Ham who are still desperate for points.

    I can't see Wenger rolling over, and letting Mourinho tickle his tummy all afternoon, on his last visit to Old Trafford with Arsenal. I may change my mind on this one though, when Wenger calls later to see if my boots are clean, and I realise he's going all in for the Europa League on Thursday night.

    Can trade out now for a tidy profit, but will stick with the sweat.

    Calum Chambers and Mavropanos? at the back for Arsenal. Lump on United and >3.5 is what I'll be doing.
