    It's not ideal, no, but I'm pretty sure they are not best pleased, either.

    The problem is or was site-wide (not Poker though), but is recovering slowly the last I heard, & customers are gradually being allowed back on all sites, except Bet & Casino. Vegas & bingo are (currently) fully recovered, & Poker was unaffected.

    Engineers are on the case, it's been escalated to P1 (Highest Priority) & hopefully will be sorted soon.

    I am told it is fine now, all sites have been unbannered & it's BAU.
