Desktop/ Download client log in

Hello,

From tomorrow (10th May) any Sky Betting and Gaming customer that has not accepted the new terms and conditions will be asked to do so before they log in to desktop poker either via the browser or the download client. This is to ensure that Sky Poker meet the GDPR requirements.

Any customer who has already accepted these t&c's either via Sky Poker on their mobile/ tablet or through any other Sky Betting and Gaming product will not be asked to do this again.

Upon entering your username and pin number you will be presented with a message saying that your log in has failed and you need to review some information.



You will be taken through to a page like this and asked to log in once again, where you will be presented with the new terms and conditions.



Once you have completed this you will need to log in once more if you are using the download client. If you are on the browser you will be taken back to the homepage logged in and ready to play.

You will only need to do this once and will not be presented with the failed log in message again once you have accepted.
