My first ever moan on sky poker.
After playing on here for nearly 10 years, enough for me.
i probably average a yearly loss of circa £1500, no prob, i enjoy it i can afford it.
i played a £3.60 sattelite at 6;10 to try to get into the 7;30 bounty hunter(love bounty hunters) i,m number 1, the tables get re adjusted, no prob so far, i do not get to play a hand for at least 10 goes, tables being re adjusted i'm used to.
now i'm 8th having to open the game in my browser as zilch was happening on sky poker, i lose the game, hey ho, i chat to a skypokey adviser and she gives me my £3.60 back.
all okay so far, but she tells me to enjoy my evening, i mull over this patronising remark and 10 mins later call back, bingo, i speak to the same girl, things get strained and she tells me i accepted the £3;60 (true) i inform her it's not about the money, i just want to know why i was frozen out of my game, can i speak to someone more knowledgeable, things take a downward turn and i'm told "if i'm not happy", you guess the rest.
What a way to treat a regular player!...gl all i mean it.

Could you elaborate on how being told to "enjoy your evening" can be patronising? I'm sure she meant it sincerely, like here's your £3.60 back, everything is now okay (given you accepted her offer) and she's telling you to enjoy the rest of your evening. Seems an entirely reasonable way to close a conversation, to me.
I appreciate that technical issues can be annoying, but the customer care girl has done nothing wrong here IMO, and certainly doesn't deserve any of the hassle/b0llocking/scrutiny that she might get as a result of this complaint. Call center work already has crappy pay and is pretty unenjoyable, without things like this making it any worse than it needs to be for the employees.
Your request to know "Why you were frozen out the game" isn't something that people in Customer Care will be able to answer. They're Customer Care staff, not IT geeks, and there's a good chance the IT geeks won't know until it's been looked into, either.
On top of that, it's a tad hypocritical to accuse her of being patronising then ask for 'someone more knowledgeable'.
As I said earlier, I understand how annoying it can be, but my advice to you would be to accept the refund you were given, take the night off to calm down, then continue enjoying the game for the next 10 years.
