Tables not automatically loading

Reg'd a hyper turbo earlier tonight and the table didn't load up at all (had no idea the game was started) so just lost the game... can't even get on to live chat about it. This problem seems to have been going on a while too where tables sometimes just won't load.

Not sure "it's been going on a while" though I'm sure it affects some from time to time.

Anyway, I've passed it up to the Office for them to take a look.

Hope it's been OK since.

By "going in a while" i meant that I remember I had problems a long while back for some of the promo's where I focused on playing hypers.

Since I've been back I've noticed it happen a few times on cash tables (thankfully doesn't matter) and last night I also had it happen on 2 tournaments - I'd blinded out 500 chips, but not too fussed about that ofc as was likely irrelevant when I got coolered first hand I played! - the other tournament was only running for 5/10 min at most.

I think it tends to happen when I'm not in the actual lobby - so for instance, if I register a tournament but then go over to the cash lobby. If I'm in the lobby of the game I've regg'd for I don't usually have any problems as far as I can recall.
