Used skypoker.exe as the download for years. Suddenly stopped working. Get a message saying it has "changed or moved" and recommends I remove the shortcut. The 1 that I have used for years.
Tried to reinstall Download-get a message saying need Adobe AIR. Adobe AIR says it is working just fine in all respects.
Rang customer service-spoke to a really pleasant guy who could not help at all. Browser is working, but I can't play many tables on there, and don't like it.
Any help would be really appreciated-preferably in a language for people who don't understand computers (like me).

installed 29.0.0.122
update 30.0.0.107
clicked update and have had no problems. Hope this helps
I have 30.0.0.107 installed. Every other poker site works fine.
Sky poker seem confident that it's not a problem their end. Which is fine-as long as they don't mind me playing elsewhere
It's an .air file so should be associated with Adobe Air.
If it doesn't look like this then perhaps the AA associations are messed up. You could download the AA runtime (it's just where you download the poker client, right underneath that link) and re-install it. May have to uninstall AA first.
Or maybe AA is just messed up in some other way. May be worth uninstalling/downloading again just to make sure. If you haven't already.
On 1 of the sites there is no "download" button-on the other I get a message saying "download and open the AIR file to begin this installation". Have already uninstalled/downloaded AIR again, says its fine.
My computer is knocking on a bit-it's 3 years old. It's very young in comparison to Sky software, which is somewhere between pre-war and pre-posterous. Will just 1-table on Sky browser, and play on more modern sites for the bulk of my volume.
Thanks for trying to help.
Click this link (see red arrow below) and save to desktop when it asks you where to save, or (right-click / save as) the link and choose the location that way.
Also, you mentioned "on one of the sites there is no download button"
This is the correct link to grab the DC
https://www.skypoker.com/secure/poker/sky_lobby/download
Additional - the Sky Poker client and Abode AIR are completely separate programs, and it's unlikely you even had a desktop shortcut to AIR. It's just something that's required by the poker client.
Don't give up, I'm sure it's easily fixable
Great work by @NoseyBonk , thank you.
It starts with a different icon (that looks incomplete), and when I click on that it asks whether I want to allow Adobe Flash, or some such. I click yes, and then get an "install now" icon. when I click on that, I then get the "Download and open the AIR file to begin the installation". The fact that I already have AIR up to date does not seem to compute.
PS-does any other poker site need permission from Adobe to run?
PPS-not playing poker again today due to this. Although with the brutal week I had last week, that's probably a good thing
Big thanks to Nosey-you're a star
@NoseyBonk is the best.
