Sky Poker wont open on Safari or standalone client

Hi,
Hopefully someone can help as i can't find an answer anywhere?
I reinstalled Mountain Lion on my Mac, i then installed the sky poker app and it said Network Error on launch. It also doesn't load in safari either however all the other sky pages load fine.
It does work in Chrome though.
Can anyone shed any light as to how I can get the client working, its like something is blocking the connections. i checked firewall and any restrictions but there aren't any on.
