    Which market and outcome?

If you bet on England to win, there was minimum odds of 1/2 and England to win wouldn't have covered the min odds as they were around 1/5 or 2/9 with most bookies.

There was a thread in one of the betting sections about the promo here -https://community.skypoker.com/discussion/173752/sky-bet-offer

No idea if any of that helps.

The bet was for England to win by more than 1 goal does that not count?.

It should count unless the price came in below 1/2. I was on the same thing (England -1 @ 4/6) and received my tokens absolutely no problem.

It was England ‐1 (Win) @ 8/11 - i got £8.64 return. It's no big deal, i am only cheesed off because i didnt get a reply from Sky Bet to either of my emails.

I can't really help with Sky Bet stuff Mr @55013, but please be patient, I'm sure you'll get a reply in due course.

The World Cup - especially England games - have seen record activity over on Sky Bet, huge numbers of Uniques & stakes, both of England's games have broken the record for bets placed on a single event in Sky Bet's entire history. Whilst it's regrettable, it's inevitable that with such traffic loads, keeping up with e-Mails & contacts to customer Service falls a bit behind.

I'm also aware that this particular offer exceeded expected redemptions by some way, & by & large, (almost....) everyone else got their token on time.

Hopefully it'll be sorted quite soon.

Yep min odds was 1.5, looks like your bet was below these odds so you wouldnt qualify.

    8/11 is 1.73 so that's not correct.

Did you opt in on the Skybet promotion page before making your bet?

Other Ts and Cs also apply which can eliminate some from the promotion

Assuming the odds were 8/11, I say double check those odds though as they probably were lower than 1.5 otherwise you should have had no problem getting the token. There was no requirement to opt in.

There 100% is a requirement to opt in for the free poker token on a £5 bet.

Nice one. Didn’t realise it was even a promo so fired a bet on to hopefully get the tourney token. :)
