Hope someone can help this none techie, slightly old (but not as old as TK) and quite often confused mother.

In the Win with Channing thingy it says: Opt-in required on Thursday 28th (promo code: CASH), winners drawn and credited on Friday 29th June before 6pm.

How and where do i do this
