Help!

Hi been away for a while and wanting to have a go on the tables again.

I cant get the software to download due to this message.

The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author.

Also my browser is saying sky poker isn't secure .

Please help!

What virus protection is throwing out the isn't secure complaint ?

Firefox by any chance?

I know "Try a different browser" is a throwaway line that Customer Care give to every single problem, but trying a different browser and/or updating browser if it isn't already up to date in this spot has a decent chance of working.

Other things to try that may fix this:

- Make sure your date/time is correct on your computer, that can cause issues if your date/time isn't correctly synced.

- If the above don't work, you could try disabling your antivirus for long enough to hit the download button on Sky Poker, then turn it back on after download is complete. Not something I'd usually recommend but obvs Sky Poker isn't gonna give your computer anything dodgy.
