I haven't received any I don't think. cant find them anywhere
They don't state a time, so I would not be too concerned yet. The Golden Chips don't expire for a week, so plenty of time. I'm assuming you have Opted In & met the criteria.
Generally, these things are sorted mid to late afternoon on the due day, rather like the Sky Poker Rewards.
Tip FYI for anyone interested in maximising their EV from this.
GTO here is NOT to bet the Golden Chips on a regular hand of Blackjack, which I imagine is what some people will do.
Instead, do the minimum (£1 probably) bet on your hand then the £1 Golden Chip bet on a side game (21+3 or PP) in the same hand. This is because your Golden Chip is not returned when you win, the same as when you get a free Sports bet. Therefore, like with a free sports bet, there's no point putting it on at a short price. Blackjack obviously pays either evens or 6/4, so pretty poor value when not getting your stake returned to you with a win, whereas the side games pay at anywhere from I think 4/1 or 5/1 upwards.
Obvs this means you are putting actual money on Blackjack and you can lose a few quid if you lose all your hands and all the Golden Chip side bets, whereas you can't lose money (unless you split/double) playing the Golden Chip on your hand.
But EV wise, it works out better to use the Golden Chip this way.

I've spoken to the Office & they have confirmed what I noted above - this Promo is scheduled to be processed some time this afternoon.
