4 had waited more than 20 years.
1 had waited over 26 years.
This refers to the time taken by the Home Office to make their initial decision, and does not include time taken for appeals.
They are not allowed to work, get £37.75 per week, and a room to live in.
You wouldn't think that this would be at all possible.
