Had all sorts of stress with this last night.

I closed 6 tables off and for around 15 minutes my account balances were saying I'd lost £170 during the session.

When it adjusted itself (I have to assume correctly), it showed a win of £60.

I was fairly confident the win should have been upwards of 3 figures, but it's not uncommon for that to happen.

    ---

This morning, no auto top up problems, but again I closed off the session and my overall balance was a fair bit below what I'd expect it to be.

Not suggesting anything untoward, but losing confidence in your account balances being correct due to a (prolongued) auto top up malfunction isnt a nice place to be in going into the next game of poker

    Hi guys,

I have asked the Office about this, & will let you know what they say.

I'm going to close the other thread as it appears to be a duplicate, & will only confuse matters.

I had issues last night, while playing 3 Cash tables with auto top up on it kept putting my balance to zero, hence top up feature wouldn’t work. Seemed to be ok today.

I have also experienced the £NAN amount in my balance this week. For me auto top up has worked but when sitting at tables for the first time on several occasions £NAN has appeared and I've been unable to play. At one point on Friday in the cashier tab on the tables my balance read £0 and over £1200 had disappeared, thankfully by the end of the session it had corrected itself to which I assume to be the correct amount.
Last night (Saturday) everthing behaved itself and I had no issues.

It's Nando's dollars. Your money is now Nando's dollars. So it's good news unless you're a vegetarian.

Ha, liking your work there Kap.

More seriously, I did raise the matter with the Suits yesterday, but as you may know, most of them are busy down in Brighton. However, initial indications ae tat the problem on Friday night was a one-off & has been resolved.

I'm a vegetarian and I quite like Nandos. Although they discontinued their standard veggie burger for some weird alternatives. There was social media outrage.

I got this today. just played the £20k BH and rebought 3 times. Went to rebuy 4th time and it kicked me out and said insufficient funds :(. But before it kicked me out it came up with NaN

I definitely had at least £20 left in my account!
