How can I find 'Reward payments' in account history?

Hello all, I'm not all that technical savvy but ….How can I find 'Reward payments' in account history?

Not had any email for poker points rewards or evidence of 'Premier league' promotion payment.


Hoping that someone could help an old codger...:)

    If you go to my account, account history tab, then select win/loss summary. Then pick banking history and it will show all manual adjustments which is promo money, rewards payments etc. It calls all such payments as manual adjustments so you will have to work out what the payments relate to but this shouldn't be too hard.
